It's really quite simple. We will do everything we can to provide you with the best, premium products available at a competitive price. If there is an error with your order we will replace the missing or incorrect items.  Damage?  Don't worry - we'll replace it.  Other problem?  Tell us and we'll try to make it right.  If you feel that the merchandise doesn't live up to your expectations we'll give you a refund.  Note that any refund will be reduced by the amount donated - or scheduled to be donated - to your charity or other beneficiary.
